Single user, personal use

When you buy a Slipstream digital product, you are buying a personal, single-user, non-transferable licence to use it, not ownership of the material itself. The licence covers one person: you. It applies to every file in the product, including the guides, the real example CV and cover letters, and the fill-in templates.

What you can do

• Download, save and print the files for your own use
• Use the guidance to build and improve your own applications
• Fill in and adapt the templates for your own CV and cover letters
• Learn from the example documents: structure, tone and approach

What you cannot do

• Share or forward the files to anyone else, including friends and teammates
• Upload them to shared drives, group chats, Discord servers, forums or any public or shared space
• Resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute them in any form, edited or not
• Use them to coach, teach or provide services to other people, paid or unpaid
• Submit the example CV or cover letters, in whole or in part, as your own work. They exist to learn from, and copying them into a real application is plagiarism that employers are well equipped to spot

Breaking these restrictions ends your licence immediately, and Slipstream Careers reserves the right to pursue remedies for copyright infringement.

Your copy identifies you

Every PDF you buy is stamped with your email address on each page before delivery. That is why your files can take a few minutes to arrive after purchase: each copy is generated individually. The stamp identifies your copy, so keeping your files private protects you as much as it protects Slipstream Careers.

Ownership stays with Slipstream

All materials are the copyright of Slipstream Careers. Buying a licence does not transfer any intellectual property to you. Anything you create using the templates and guidance, your own CV and cover letters, is of course entirely yours.

Digital products are final sale

The Resource Pack is digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right that would otherwise apply to online purchases. All sales are final.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your remedies if digital content is faulty or not as described.

Full Review and Interview-Ready

Written feedback, review documents and session materials produced for you as part of a service are personal to you and covered by the same single-user restrictions: they are not for sharing or redistribution. Turnaround times and what each service includes are as described on the Services page at the time of purchase.

Services and the 14-day rule

Full Review and Interview-Ready are services, and when you order one you have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. Because turnaround is fast, by placing your order you expressly request that work begins within that period, and you acknowledge that once the service has been fully delivered, the right to cancel ends. If you cancel after work has started but before it is complete, a fair share of the price is payable for the work already done.

Interview-Ready sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, once per booking. A missed session, or a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, forfeits the session: slots are limited to a small number each month and a late-cancelled slot cannot be resold.

No guarantee of offers

Everything in the Resource Pack is based on real applications that produced real results. That is evidence the approach works, not a promise it will work every time. Hiring decisions sit with employers, and no interview, placement or job offer is guaranteed.

England and Wales

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Slipstream Careers may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
